Kickboxing is a great form of fitness, that promotes fat burning as well as improving strength, endurance and cardiovascular. Learn new skills in self Defence as well as getting fit, whether you want to progress with gradings, train to compete, or just want to get fit; Kickboxing is for everyone.
Manchester Cobras is run by chief instructor Brian Barnes (5th dan blackbelt Kickboxing, 2nd dan blackbelt Ju-jitsu).
Brian has been teaching and training martial arts for 30+ years. He has trained multiple British and European champions throughout his career.
